Shipping Policy

All cargo must be securely packaged in cardboard boxes, envelopes, or pallets. Fragile items must have adequate buffer wrapping.

Drop-off times must align with local terminal depot schedules. Outbound freight cargo must be registered in the admin panel by 5:00 PM for overnight transit.

Dangerous goods, hazardous chemicals, and unauthorized items will be flagged as an EXCEPTION status and isolated immediately for verification.

Recipients can choose self-service pickup lockers or doorstep drop-offs. Scan photos are stored as legal evidence of physical delivery.
